In the midst of dealing with stressors, it is normal to feel confused, anxious, or lost, and it can be easy to neglect our own emotional, physical, and mental self-care. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I welcome the opportunity to assist any individual in reorienting and making sense of their current reality while returning to a place of self-love and wellbeing.

Guiding clients to integrate emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being, I utilize both evidence-based and holistic heart-centered approaches, including mindfulness, compassion-based therapy, spiritual psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and healthy lifestyle activation. I also offer sessions with a focus on psychedelic harm reduction and integration. 

I strive to create a space of compassion and connection in which clients feel at ease in expressing themselves fully while overcoming challenge and connecting to their authentic self.
